Terms and Conditions of Business

By placing an order you are accepting our terms and conditions of business for all orders for the supply of products by grahamhigh.co.uk

1. DEFINITIONS

Personalised products are those which are altered or amended such as by adding a name.

Standard/ stock products are products available to purchase through our website which do not require personalisation.

2.  PRICE

grahamhigh.co.uk reserves the right to alter prices without notice on the website.  Promotions may be offered from time to time and quantity discounts will be considered on request, but are not guaranteed.

3. CONFIRMATION OF ORDER

An order must be accompanied with the required information for personalisation to enable grahamhigh.co.uk to proceed with the order. Any modifications may be made by email after the order has been submitted but within 4 hours of placing a grahamhigh.co.uk product order. All communications relating to orders should specify the number and date of the original order together with a description of the goods.

We will accept no responsibility for losses or delays arising from non-observance of our personalisation instruction requirements. However, we will attempt to contact the purchaser in order to remind/advise that the order is incomplete after the 4 hour submission time has elapsed.

4. TURN AROUND 

We aims to complete all orders within 2 working days and delivery time of an additional 2 days should be added to secure delivery on time if required.  See item 6. regarding delivery.

5. DELAYS                                                                  

grahamhigh.co.uk will strive to ensure that orders are completed within the time stated above, but will not accept any liability for damages in the event of failing to do so. Should delays be experienced in the completion of an order the buyer does not have the right to cancel the order either entirely or in part if any personalisation has been requested. Any actions taken by grahamhigh.co.uk to remedy the situation should be seen as a token of good will and not as an admission of liability.

6. DELIVERY

Your order will be sent by Royal Mail (free UK delivery only).

In the unfortunate case that there is loss, delay or damage caused during transit which is outside our control, we are not responsible for providing compensation for any delays.  We will do our best to remedy any unforeseen problem, but as a goodwill gesture which is not an admission of blame.

 

8.  COPYRIGHT 

ALL COPYRIGHT REMAINS WITH GD HIGH; the originator and illustrator of the these designs. 

It is against the law to copy, distribute (either for sale or free of charge), show, lend or adapt the designs in any way.  It is also prohibited to put the designs onto the Internet without the prior permission in writing by the artist.

 

9. RETURNS

If you decide not to keep a non-personalised purchase, we offer a 14-day returns policy that commences on the date an order is received by the purchaser.  The products must be in their original condition. We will refund returns less the postage fee.

Refunds are not accepted on personalised products, but are available on all stock items.

Faulty goods will be replaced on receipt of the returned faulty goods on verification that they are faulty and no later than 14 days of this verification.  Re-payment for postage of faulty returns will be given at the cheapest rate.
